I was initially drawn to Keller Williams for the Culture and Training. More recently the technology. Most recently, I was the Team Leader of Keller Williams Inspire. During that time I had the opportunity to dive into the Models and Systems of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent to develop a deep understanding of The Economic, Lead Generation, Budget and Organizational models. I’ll help you leverage all of these to grow a business that is right for you, no matter how large or small.


I am a student of all things Keller Williams, and I believe The One Thing and MREA books are the absolute foundation for success in real estate. I’ve coached and consulted with agents of all levels, from brand new to top producers. I’ve come to understand the difference between a successful, productive and fulfilling real estate business and one that is either failing or chaotic, where you’re working 24/7, can be as simple as a couple of missing ingredients - Activity and Systems. Leveraging others could come into play too, depending on your long term goals.


My program - Productivity Sales and Systems for Real Estate is founded in the fact that the most successful real estate agents do 2 things everyday, GROW their business and RUN their business. We’ll meet everyday for inspiration, scripts and role play, lead generation, lead follow up and learning. Together, we’ll build your database and all of the systems that you’ll need to scale your business to create raving fans and customers for life!

This program solves both and gives all real estate agents the skills they need to live the lives that they deserve.

The Productivity Sales & Systems Program

Daily Schedule

8:15-11:30 - Grow Business Activities

  • Scripts/Role Play/Presentations
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up
  • Weekly learning topic

11:30-5:30 - Run Business Activities

  • Go on appointments
  • Preview properties
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Complete CMAs

Who is a fit: 

  • Any agent that has completed at least 4 transactions
  • Full time agents preferred, or must commit 100% to 8:15-11:30 daily requirements for business growth
  • Must already understand and have the ability to write basic contracts

Commitment Required: 

  • Desire to grow a successful and productive real estate business
  • Scripts, Role Play, Lead Generation & Follow Up, Objection handling, Listing and Buyer Presentations 3-5 days per week. This will be done in a group setting from 8:15-11:30
    • Minimum of 90 days in the program, and then 30 days’ notice required to exit 
  • Business growth time must be protected, and appointments should not be scheduled during this time
    • 3 unexcused absences per month are grounds for removal from the program
  • Individual 66 Day challenges for each member of the program
